noisy environment

Noise from street lights caused intrusive light in the room, making sleep harder. Acoustics were also poor. We faced an unexpected double bed configuration instead of the requested twin beds, which complicated our stay a bit.

Great location for exploring the city

The room was basic but very clean, which was perfect for our one-night stay. It's just a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and really close to a lovely café that served delicious breakfast options. One downside was the noise from the street. it could be a bit bothersome if you're not used to it. Also, it would be nice to have a small fridge or kettle in the room for added convenience.

my experience at alameda rooms was hardly a 10. upon arrival, no one at reception, and the room was empty—could woudl ve been cozily equipped. i also missed a polite welcome gesture, maybe a complimentary treat for 'special' guests? never mind being treated like royalty! i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.
